Dennis' interest in Aviation has led him to become a specialist in fabrication of fiberglass parts for experimental vehicles and aircrafts. He has been a certifed flight instructor for over 20 years and has build aircrafts for himself, his friends, and clients.

Background

Mr. Oelmann's capabilities in aircraft fabrication earned him recognition at the EEA AirVenture Aircraft Awards, as the Outstanding Workmanship Plans Built winner. Dennis was partner in building the grand champion plans built airplane at Oshkosh in 1996. He specializes in building "cozy" aircrafts, and examples of his work can be seen in the illustrations below.

For Diedrichs, Dennis has built a number of prototype parts using fiberglass techniques, for example: fiberglass tractor hoods, cabs, interiors, controller consoles, etc (see images).
