Local Parades

The University of Northern Iowa Museums had floats that paraded in style, being pulled by Diedrichs' truck and trailer.  Their float for My Waterloo Days had a "one-room school" theme.  A "dinosaur" themed float roared its way through the Sturgis Falls Parade.

Since 1892, the UNI Museums has been providing cultural and educational experiences for the community and surrounding areas.  Their mission is to "contribute to the education, research and public service missions of the University through educational programming, exhibition, collection and preservation."
